なんか、少し美味しいランチを食べたいと考えた時には選択肢に入るお店。
注文したのは…
日替わりプレート
ポークステーキ¥1,000
ランチなんで、お客も昼休みに制限があるので、すぐに提供しなくてはならない。
注文して５分ほとで出てきた。
それは、良かった。
でも、火を入れて置いてあるものを再加熱していると思われるので、肉がパサついて硬い。
提供時間を優先するあまり、一番大切な味が損なわれている。
難しい判断だとは思うが、きっと、良い調理方法があるはず。
一人ではなく、会社には知恵がある筈。
そこを実践してもらいたい。
