四ツ橋から心斎橋方面に少し歩いた場所にある、オシャレなカフェ。
お店は2階建てで、真ん中が吹き抜けになっています。黒が基調のシックでモダンな雰囲気です。お昼時に伺いましたが、流行っていてほぼ満席に近い状態でした。
注文はQRコードで行います。名物コロッケランチも気になりましたが、チキンステーキが美味しそうだったので、日替わりメインプレートにしました。付け合わせはパンかライスを選べます。お米大好きなので、ライスにしました。
混んでいるからか、お料理が来るまで少し待ちました。お昼あまり時間がない時はちょっとハラハラするかもしれません。
少し待ってから、お料理到着。では、いただきます。
チキンは外はカリッと、中はジューシーで肉質も程よく締まっています。噛むとじゅわっと鶏肉の旨味が溢れてきます。程よい弾力と柔らかさがあり、食感も良いですね！皮のカリッと感と旨味が際立っていて、皮の美味しさを堪能できます。
バジルソースは爽やかな風味で、ジューシーな鶏と相性抜群です。濃厚な旨味と合わさることで、満足ながらも爽やかな後味に仕上げています。ご飯は甘みがあり、美味しいです。鶏肉がジューシーなのでご飯も進みます。
美味しいチキンステーキでした！美味しかったので、他のメニューも食べてみたいなと思いました。
雰囲気も良く美味しかったので、また来たいなと思います。
