大阪出張で伺いました。馬肉専門のお店で久しく食べて無い、はりはり鍋が食べたくて、単品注文よりコースの方が刺身、その他も頂けるので当日でしたがコースを注文しました。サイボシは初めて頂きましたが、ジャーキーみたいなスモークみたいな食感と香りで美味しい！次のお刺身ですがとても美味しく最近食べた馬肉の刺身の中で最高の美味しさでした。はりはり鍋もお店のスタッフが調理してくれてお肉も丁度良い状態で提供してくれたので柔らかくジューシーに頂けました。バラヒモと納豆ユッケを別で注文しました。納豆ユッケはご飯と一緒だと絶対美味しいと思いますが今回はおつまみとして頂きました。バラヒモはアルコールが進む味付けと食感です、次回は焼肉もあるのでそちらを頂きたいと思います。
