心斎橋の最上さんに
ミナミだと黒門の六覺燈さん
法善寺のわさびさんか串の坊さん
そしてこちら最上さんが
新世界スタイルじゃなくて
コースの串カツ屋さんなので利用させて頂きます。
ほぼ素材を揚げただけの新世界スタイルの串カツと違って
仕事をした串種を揚げる五味八珍スタイルのコースの串カツは
回転寿司と江戸前寿司ほどの差があると思います。
お値段も高くなりますが美味しさが違う。
しかしなんかやる気の無いスタッフになってたのが残念
テキパキとお代わりくれた野菜とかも放置だし
お客さん引けて私達だけになったら
みんな集まってカウンター内で雑談するし
いつもくれてた山形のおもちゃ（絶対要るかと言われたら微妙かもだけど）も忘れたのかくれないかったし
僅か八席なので予約困難だけど
そりゃ皆んな法善寺のわさびさんに行きたいって言うわ
最上さんも味はいいんだけどね残念。
