2005年に開業。パスタで一躍有名になった店で、今や押しも押されもしない人気イタリアン。
味わい豊かな泉州野菜を中心に、地元の食材を積極的に使用。素材の持ち味を生かすべく、魚料理、肉料理、パスタなど、いずれの料理も火加減が絶妙。名物のパスタにも野菜の旨みがしっかり効いていて、この店のテーマが自然と伝わってくる。麺は３種類で、その内の１種は手打ち。茹で具合のアルデンテ、そして具材とのバランスも絶妙。量もしっかりめだが、味付けもくどくなくさっぱり。すんなりお腹におさまってしまう美味しさだ。
