心斎橋のホテルに滞在していたので近所のフグ料理屋さんを検索していて見つけました。

硬さが丁度いい。
飲み込むタイミングがわからないほど硬いのも嫌だけど柔らかすぎるのも嫌
味付けも好き

厚みがあって弾力がある。
天然と違って安いけど美味しい。

骨付きの身を入れて～白ネギ入れて～
シイタケ入れて～白菜の芯入れて～
ん～～～～美味しそう
脂が無いのにコクがある。
フグって本当に奥が深い。
・雑炊
雑炊の為に鍋を食べていると言っても過言ではない。
フグと野菜の旨味が凝縮している。
・デザート
柚子のシャーベットにしました。

身が厚くて美味しい。
