This is a long-established store that has been in business for over 45 years since its first store, Hankyu Kappa Yokocho store. Among the Shabu-tei restaurants, this Shinsaibashi branch has the most seating and is fully equipped with private rooms and tables. |
~Top loin beef shabu course~ Aperitif, assorted vegetables, mochi, tofu, wakame, special thick udon noodles, almond milk ice cream ~Draft beer (small)~ There is a small pot for one person at the counter, so you can eat at your own pace. The meat is large enough to be worth eating. All the vegetables seemed freshly cut. They also have ponzu sauce, but the recommended special sesame sauce is really delicious! The only thing I failed at was the rice cake. It seems like it took a little too long and it melted a lot ^^; After shabu shabu, add 4 ladlefuls of hot water from shabu shabu pot into a special bowl to make the udon just the right thickness. Almond milk ice cream is refreshing and perfect to end the meal. Thank you for the meal!
