所用で心斎橋へ。
あまり食べたいものがない気分でしたが、しゃぶしゃぶならいいかなということで行きました。
カウンターには、プライベート感と衛生対策のための、隣の席と隔てるための衝立てがあり、落ち着いて食事ができます。
注文したのは豚のダブル。野菜、豆腐、うどんの具材と一緒にいただきます。
豚は薄いので豚の旨みはあまり感じませんが、ポン酢とゴマだれが旨味を補います。豚はダブルなので、たまに贅沢に2枚喰い。ご飯を頬張ります。
30分以上かけてお昼ご飯を食べることはあまりありませんが、しゃぶしゃぶだけはゆっくり食べたいですね。
贅沢な時間でした。
