出張先で、ホルモン、焼肉のおいしいお店を探しているのですが、大阪で良いお店をみつけました。
ここでは、てっちゃん、こりこり、マルチョウ、ミノを頼みましたが、どれも美味しく、肉のうまみがしっかり
出ていました。つけダレも味噌風味?と思うような熟成したうまみのタレ二種類とネギダレが出され、
どれも見事でした。ネギダレは、焼き面に小鍋で置かれ、時間が経つとカリッと香ばしい焼きネギにも
なります。これを冷麺に入れると香味冷麺に早変わり。サービスも程良く、タイミングよく声がかけられ
ます。スタッフのみなさんありがとう。久保さんまた行きます。そういえば、ミノで思い出しましたが、
ここのミノは丁寧な仕事のおかげで程よい歯ごたえとうまみが出ています。次に行ったときには、真っ先
に注文します。なかなかミノで良い物に出会ったことがありませんでしたが、、ここのはおすすめです。
当日は、深夜1時頃でしたが、時間を気にせずいただくことができました。
