今日は競馬の会。珍しく１０万勝ちの者もおり、全員が勝って帰ることができ、焼き肉に行くぞということで、焼肉屋さんを物色。しかし、どこも予約で満員という中、ようやくこのお店がHIT。訪問しました。ミナミの飲み屋街にあるビルの８階にあるこのお店、エレベーターを降り口が入り口。ゴージャスな雰囲気が漂います。店の中は中庭がありとても落ち着く場所です。早速特選盛りをオーダー。飲み物は生中、マッコリ、ビールで大宴会。出てきた肉の美しさとゴージャスさに満足しながら無煙ロースターへ肉を置きます。肉のいい香りが食欲をそそり、たくさんある付けダレから好みのたれを探していただきます。まずはタンから。分厚さから肉の食感と甘みが感じられ、付けダレに選んだレモンが肉の味を盛り立てます。ロースやカルビは特選付けダレへ。これまた白いご板と食べれば最高でしょう！お値段は少々張りますが、たまにはこんなゴージャスな焼肉屋さんで楽しむのもいいですね。
