珍しく、早めのリピート。
今回は、カウンターで前回とは違うコースで予約。
魚もお肉類も、どちらも美味しい♡
椀物の良いお出汁…プリプリの喉黒の身がいい。
新鮮な生の玉蜀黍を、少し塩を付けていただく…めっちゃ甘い♡
鶏好きなので、何品か追加。
低温調理された鶏レバーは、臭みもなく…おつまみに良い。お酒がすすむ味です(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)❤️
笑顔で、とても良く気のつく店員さん。安心して、お食事できるので…ローテーション入りです。

久しぶりの串物に、感激✨
緊急事態宣言が解除され…やっと、お疲れ様の乾杯が出来る様になりました。まだまだ気を引き締めながら、美味しく食事を楽しみたいですね♪
今回は、久しぶりの串焼♡ 大好きなkuma3系列の『しゃむにむ』さんへ、個室予約して伺いました。
前菜と白ワイン…美味しい❤️
鱧とじゅん菜の吸物…季節を感じますね♪
レバーの低温燻製…ねっとりとした食感が堪らない♡
そして、串物のスタートです。
豚ロース…ジューシー♪
鴨つくね…しっかりとした肉感が良い。
せせり柚子胡椒焼…良い脂と柚子胡椒のピリッと◎
白身魚おろし…ここで、魚を挟むなんて…(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)✨
原木椎茸…椎茸のジュースがたっぷり。
ハラミ漬け焼…濃厚な味で、お酒が進みます。
ねぎま…もも肉は、やっぱり美味しい♡
クラゲの酢の物で、コリコリ食感と、お口がさっぱりしますね。
〆のご飯は、鱧雑炊…鱧がたっぷり入っています。良いお出汁でした。
満足♡最後まで、楽しく・美味しくいただけました。

今回は、カウンター席の席だけ予約で伺いました。
お造りは、雲丹・炙り鱧・貝柱。弾力があり甘みたっぷりの貝柱が美味しい♡独り占めしてしまいました。
喉黒の煮付け…写真では小さく見えますが、中々のサイズ✨煮過ぎず…ええ味付けです。
ヤゲン軟骨のスパイシー揚げは、お酒がすすむ味で毎回頼んじゃいます♪
今回は、〆にカレーライスを…じっくりと煮込まれ、本当に美味しい♡ おかわりしたいなぁ…σ(^_^;)
