An unpretentious but classy Japanese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)
I want to eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but I also want to drink with various appetizers.As usual, in order to fulfill my selfish desire, I researched and selected Tabelog and table chuck, both of which can only be booked as a course. Since I couldn't do it, I made up my mind and made a phone call during lunch time that day, and luckily I made a reservation for one person a la carte at the counter at 6:00 pm on that day (^o^) The entrance has a very luxurious feel ❗️ As soon as you enter The smell of incense was fragrant, the counters were lined up, and there were two quiet-looking board members, the landlady, and another young man. The proprietress was a cheerful Osaka native who was unpretentious and fun❣️The store looks like a Kappo restaurant in Kyoto (they also burn incense), but I could tell that they wanted people to enjoy the drinks and food in a more casual setting. Masu! ️ The young man's role was the so-called butler!! ️ My role is to stand behind the counter and listen to the orders of customers at the counter, serve dishes, and respond to customers' requests from behind (´⊙ω⊙`) When there are people like this, it's no longer casual. I don't have any... It's a strange shop (^^; For drinks, I got a cup of rice wine from the sake menu at the counter. A towel, a cold towel, a beautiful appetizer, and disposable chopsticks with shanimuni written on them!! This is amazing, so cool!! Sashimi of stone sea bream, scallops and bamboo shoots, 4 skewers of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), aged Japanese black beef tataki, this is my first time and I don't know how much to add, so I stop here. First the sashimi comes out, then the tataki comes out, and then Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is grilled. The food comes out in the order in which the food is served, and the food comes out very quickly!! Even while I was eating, customers for private rooms were coming in with reservation on the day, and I was drawn deeper and deeper into the restaurant...private rooms. It seems to be a shop with a lot of food and deep pockets... The wagyu beef tataki was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was out of this world･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+More Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was delicious, but it was overshadowed by the beef tataki.Finally, I finished with the Inaniwa udon, but since it was only available cold, I asked the proprietress about it and she told me if it was hot. She made it for me (*´ω`*) and it was delicious❣️ On the way home, I asked the proprietress how I could make a reservation for a la carte, and she said she would Tabelog so that I could make a reservation. That was unexpected!! The service was amazing❣️ Next time, I made a reservation for the potato salad and dashimaki (dashi rolls) that I didn't get because I was hungry today, using the new Tabelog system (^○^) Thank you for the meal❣️

2度目の訪問です。
今回は仕事関係の方と2人で、やはりカウンターでアラカルトにて。
こないだと違うバトラー役の方が…(^^;
今回はこないだ食べられなかったポテサラとだし巻きをしっかり注文。
こないだ美味しかった和牛のタタキは1人1皿ガッツリ注文。
春の香りのする筍とアスパラは炭焼きでしっとり注文。
焼き鳥はシメの料理をやめたので余裕ができてやっぱり注文(^^)
日本酒は奈良の鬼一から始めてこないだ美味しかった出雲富士をいただきました。出雲富士は面白い形の徳利に入って出てきました^_^
ポテサラはスプーンで楕円に4盛り。見かけはポークリエットのようです。飾りのトビッコが良い味出してます❗️
だし巻きは龍の卵でも使ってるのか、結構濃い山吹色です。お味は塩味控えめで出汁を利かせて美味しい❣️
筍の炭焼きがまたほっぺが落ちそうでした(o^^o)
春のメニューと美味しい日本酒で、話が弾みました‼️ご馳走様でした‼️
