会社の先輩と飲みに行った。一件目の居酒屋だけだと、なんか寂しかったので「もう一件行って、ワインを一本開けへんか？」と先輩が言いだし、既に酔っぱらってしまっていて自制心は働かず、一路アメリカ村へ。
お店はアメリカ村付近、御堂筋を一本西に入った筋で、御津八幡宮の東側のビルの地下一階にある。
中は落ち着いた薄暗い雰囲気で、棚の上に大きな飛行機の模型がたくさん飾ってあって、ゴージャスな感じを醸し出している。航空関係者も結構来るのだと言う。そういえば日航ホテルの近くだもんね。
「ワインと言えば、死ぬまでに一回、トゥール・ダルジャンでロマネコンティ飲みたいよな～」なんて話をしていて、そうすると、ロマネコンティの味に近いワインってのを出してきてくれて、これがまた旨い。さらにグラスもすごくキレイでいい。
いろいろな飲み方やチーズの知識にワインのウンチクなどを次々に話してくれて、すごく楽しく、次々とワインを飲んだのであった。
そうすると当然支払いはかさむわけだが、しかし、それ以上の楽しい体験だった。
一応、予算を伝えてこれ以上は行かないようにして欲しいと伝えれば、なんとかしてくれるはずだ。ワインの好きな人は是非どうぞ。
