カルパッチョの盛合せ、
ウニのペペロンチーノ、
石鯛のムニエル焦がしバターソース、
もち豚のカツレツ、ミラノ風の4点。
まずは、カルパッチョの盛合せ。
ひっさげマグロのカルパッチョ、身は柔らかく脂がのってて旨い。
石鯛のカルパッチョも歯応え抜群。
ウニのペペロンチーノ、麺が、ちと茹で過ぎ、あじがボヤッとしてる？
石鯛のムニエル、これが大当たり。最高に美味しい。絶品でした！
お腹がいっぱいになったところでカツレツが登場。
美味しいけど、食べきれない。
