十割そばが食べたくて、土曜日の13時過ぎに入店。
一席だけ空いていたので待たずに入れました。
ランチタイムはお蕎麦に卵焼きか野沢菜巻きが付くようで今回は冷たいとろろ蕎麦 + 野沢菜巻きをオーダー。
もちろんお蕎麦は十割(追加料金)で。
お蕎麦は繊細で香り高く、お出汁もとても好みのお味でした。
信州に因んだ野沢菜巻きも関西では見かけないので楽しめました。
店内や器も素敵なのでリピートしたいお店です。
