決起会で伺いました。
■水炊きもつ鍋コース（4,000円）
・小鉢、枝豆
軽く乾杯からのつまみです。
・トマトスライス
オリーブオイルが効いて美味しい！
・蒸し鶏のポン酢和え
こちらもポン酢が効いてお酒に合います。
★豚バラキムチ炒め
ニラとキムチが効いてタレが濃厚で豚肉の脂が効いて美味しい！
これだけでもご飯とセットでランチとかにあると大繁盛しますよ。

色々な種類のもつ鍋がありますがこちらがおすすめとのことで選択。
そのままではなく醤油ダレをかけていただくのですが、醤油ダレが濃厚で美味しい！
正直、この醤油ダレで和えた食べ物は何でも美味しくなりますよ！これは。
豆腐、キャベツの甘みとニラのシャキシャキ、もつの脂が醤油だれと絡んで美味しい！
これはたまりません。
最後に締めのラーメンを入れて、大満足！
