一度お伺いしてみたかったお店に誘っていただいて行ってきました。
さすがは評価の高い和食店らしく出汁はとても美味しい。
最初の白子の茶碗蒸しや蟹真薯などは頷ける美味しさでした。
しかしどうにも魚が美味しいと思えない。
伊勢海老も揚げは衣の味付けも美味しかったけど
頭の身は美味しくなかったし刺身も鯛はまだ美味しかったけどヨコワが酸っぱくてしんどかった。
この時期の小さいマグロは酸味が強いのは聞いたけど、これを使う意味がよく分からなかった。
焼きフグは美味しかったけどその前のテッピの湯引きとかはポン酢の酸味が強すぎて何食べてるか分からんかったし
良い意味でも悪い意味でも
古き良き店という感じを受けました。
