かなり久々！
１０年ぶりの訪問です。
初めて訪問したのは１２年前。
ここで食べたお肉の柔らかさ、
独特な雰囲気がずっと記憶の片隅にありました・・・
知ってる人につれてきてもらわないとなかなか知る事がないお店だし
注文の仕方にも一瞬『え？』と戸惑うかもです。
メニューはありません。
メインのお肉は焼肉（フィレとサーロイン）か しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼き。
いまだにしゃぶしゃぶとすき焼きは未経験ですね。。
いつも網焼きにしてます。

この日の前菜は牛のたたきまたはユッケのチョイス。
たたき＠かなりオススメです・
やはり、ここにきたらフィレを食べないと！
フィレ一人前とサーロイン一人前を二人でシェア。
付けだれに付けて網の上でやきますが
ミディアムレアまで焼いたらもう食べれます。
柔らかでジューシーな肉質、
ミディアムレアなのですぐに噛み切れて
口の中に味が広がります。
この味。。。これだぁーーーーー懐かしい。。。
ちなみに、昔の訪問時はニンニクたっぷりでオーダーしましたが。
この日はニンニクなしにしました。
付け合わせの焼き野菜のボリュームもたっぷり。。
まさに肉と野菜だけ！というメニューです。
さらにフィレを一人前追加して。。。すごい満腹！
⭐︎ドリンクメニューがもっと豊富だといいなぁ。。。
