得意先との会食で訪問。注文は、すき焼き、しゃぶしゃぶ、網焼きの中から選ぶ。得意先と満場一致で網焼きを選択。フィレを注文。タレをつけて、網で焼く。脂っこくなく、歯がいらないくらい柔らかい。めちゃくちゃ美味しい！この肉のヤバいところは、飽きが全然こないところ。食べても食べても、食べたくなる。一人前だと足らないので、イチボを追加。少し脂身が増えるが、これも全然脂っこくない。40代のおっさんでも胃もたれのない焼肉。めちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
