予約時にお肉の注文が必須です。
この日は、二人で訪問だったのでフィレとロースを予約時に注文しました。
けっこういいお値段しますが、
小鉢、サラダ、ごはん、味噌汁、焼き野菜もセットで付いています。
サシがたくさん入ったお肉をタレに付けて焼きます。
柔らかくて美味しいですね。
塩も置いてくれていますが、
焼き野菜もタレに付けて焼いてくださいとのこと。
しいたけが肉厚で美味しいですね。
最後にイチボを追加で注文しました。
肉質が良いのでどのお肉も美味しかったです。
