お箸でちゅるんとトロンと裂けるぐらい
柔らかすぎて超感動！！！！！
前にお鍋で行ったのですが
今回は網焼でリベンジしてきました(*´꒳`*)

そしてメインのお肉は
メニューは潔く3つのみ！！

でも食べて分かった、、
これ以外は頼まなくていいぐらい美味い❤️❤️
こちらのタレは少し変わっていて
味のついていないお肉をまずタレにドボンして
それから網の上に乗せて焼くスタイル♩
囲炉裏の炭火がテーブルに組み込まれていて
顔は熱いけど、お肉が超柔らかく焼けるの♡

でっかいシイタケや、そら豆、銀杏など
焼き野菜のセンスも◎だった✨
もうとにかくここはお肉の質がすごい！！！
