先日会社の上司行きました。
こじんまりとしたお店ですが窯焼きに引かれ
入りました。
なんとここの窯があのＳＭＡＰ×ＳＭＡＰの
ビストロスマップ？で使われていた
窯をご主人が買い取ったそうです。
メニューはピザメインでサイドメニューが
少ないのが難点・・・。
ただピザは旨い！！
その場で生地をのばして焼くのですが
焼いている所が見えるので、
見た目でもたのしめます。
オーブンとは違いやはりそこは
ピザ窯。焼き上がりが全然違います。
ここは職場からも近いので
また行きたいお店です。
