ラーメンを中心としたブログで大変参考になるのですが
何よりも他で食べたメニューを「何のためらいも無く他人の料理をパクるシリーズ」として
オンメニュー。
ランチでは絶品ラーメンが食べれるということで「宮崎郷土料理どぎゃん」さんに伺ってまいりました。
新・高井田中華そば狙いです。
ラーメンだけで9種類。
その他の定食系もずらり。
カレーまであります。
ゴイス。
12時前なんでと高を括っているとまさかの満席。
本町のお昼休みは早いようです。
20分程時間を頂きますとの事。
相方さんはから揚げを。
新・高井田中華そば
チャーシュー増量（2倍）、ネギ増し、メンマ増しでオーダー
全部無料なんです。
これで800円は安すぎませんか？

2倍に増されたチャーシューはしっとり系。
麺は極太です。
こんなん食べたら…。
コメクダサイ。
バウンド必須です。
胡椒もいいセンス。
美味しかったと外に出て思ったのですが
ここ焼鳥屋さんなんです。
食後感は完璧なラーメン屋。
「パクる」と言うと簡単に聞こえますがここまでくると
「再現」ですね。しかも良い部分だけ真似されてるので
非常にクオリティーの高い一杯です。
スタッフをきっちり揃えているので満席でもきっちり回転していました。
３回転ぐらいするのかなぁー。
次はもっと早い時間に伺いたいと思います。
