ここはおまかせでも握ってくれるし、好きなネタだけでも握ってくれるお鮨屋さんです。
最初のお通しは、小鉢いくつか持って来てくださり、その中から好きなものだけを選びます。
一つでも3つでも✨✨
お刺身をリクエストしたのですが、
好きなネタとそのほかおまかせで盛り合わせに。
私の理想です♥️
焼き魚も、選ばせてもらえて、木箱を運んで来てくださり、その中もお魚から焼いてもらいます。
金目鯛やノドグロ、シマアジのカマなどありました。
私は立派な太刀魚をチョイスしました。
大正解で、めちゃくちゃ厚みがあって柔らかくて美味しかったです。
お寿司は好きなネタでお願いしました。
中トロ、大トロ、ウニ、シマアジ、サワラ…
リピートで、大トロ。
内皮焼きというのがあって、それを注文したらめっちゃクチャ美味しかったです！！
最後はトロたくと赤出しの玉を。
ビールと山崎ハイボールで美味しくいただきましたよ。
