フォロワーさんが行かれた時のレビューを読んで行きたくてタイミングを伺っていたお店であります
食べログの go to eat の予約経由で訪問しました
訪問は夜営業の18：00少し前です
既に先客が1組2名様です
私は1人で伺ったのでカウンター席に案内されました
お昼のランチメニューでは鶏天ぶっかけがあったのですが、夜営業ではそのメニューは無くぶっかけうどんに鶏天とちく天をトッピングすることにしました
作り置きなしの一食づつ丁寧に調理していただいているので茹で時間も含めて15分程の待ち時間があります
その時間がこちらには期待を膨らますむちゃくちゃ楽しい時間でもあります
来ました～！
期待通りの剛麺です
めっちゃ期待していました
のどを通る時のゴツゴツした感触がたまりません
ちょっとザラつきのある舌触りもいいです
鳥天は衣が厚めのフリット感ある揚がり具合です
しかし中はしっとりしつつもジューシーさもあるモモ肉です
ちく天は大きめにカットされた極々普通のものです
味はおとなし目で衣も鶏天同様サックリフリットって感じです
出汁が少々問題ですね
ちょっとインパクトがないと言うか、ぶっかけ出汁にしては少々薄味です
もう少し濃いめの出汁がこの剛麺にはお似合いかと思います
大粒の天かすとレモンが良いインパクトを放ってます
しらすご飯は少々小ぶりではありますが柔らかなしらすがご飯に振りかけられ、短冊切りされた海苔と葱がトッピングされています
期待通りの美味しいうどんでした
お会計を済ませお店を出るときには店員さんが外まで出てきてお礼をとお見送りをいただき凄く丁寧で心のこもった暖かい気持ちになりました
ご馳走様です
ぶっかけうどんに鶏天とちく天のトッピング＋しらすごはん1050円なりです
次回はランチで伺いますね
