大阪市中央区 心斎橋にあるコーヒー店。
焙煎時にバターを使ったというコーヒー豆。
バターの風味は私にはよくわからないが、確かに美味しいコーヒーがいただける。
系列のお店が神戸にも有る。どっちが本家だろうか。
このお店は大丸からちょっと北、雑居ビルの2階。
ぐるりと回った階段を上がっていく。
店構えはクラシックな喫茶店。清潔感がある。
店内は分煙。入口側が非喫煙者の席。
ブレンドコーヒーとチーズケーキを注文した。
ケーキセットは1400円(税込み)だった。
やや高価ではあるが、これまでにもこの程度のお店は幾つかあったので驚かない。
京都で言えば喫茶葦島やフランソアなどだろうか。
チーズケーキはかなり沢山のクリームチーズを使っていそうな、リッチな味。
引き合いに出したが、京都のフランソアもかなりまったりだったが、負けていない。
そこに合わせるととっても美味しいコーヒー。
コーヒー砂糖は白と琥珀色の二色を混ぜ合わせてある。
もちろんコーヒークリームがついてくる。
まったく文句のないデザートと飲み物ですっかり満足してしまった。
