バターブレンドコーヒー 600円
ダンケというだけで飲める、唯一無二のオリジナルバターブレンドコーヒーが特徴のお店に興味を持って訪れたんだけど、バターが本当に入ってるのかなという浅い知識で。心斎橋はもう、中国人や韓国人で賑わう観光地になってしまったけど、この店は静かで、心斎橋らしさがまったくない非日常の異空間だった。
バターブレンドコーヒーって、焙煎するときにバターを豆に染み込ませて作るんだって。飲んでみると、酸味はゼロで、すっきりしているけれど、ふくよかでほっこりする味わいがある。ただ、苦味が強い。まろやかなコクがあるけれど、後味が舌に長く残る。個人的には、バターの風味は全然感じられなかったな。むしろ、焦がしバターのような苦味を感じたかも。
こんな味わいは飲んだことがなかった。
