店頭の看板のインパクトに釘付けになった。
窯で焼いたピザがワンコインで用意されている。店内は常連客が一人だけというような具合、カウンターに落ち着いた。
スパークリングワインもグラスで用意されており、それもワンコイン。
おつまみはスパゲティサラダだった。魚介の風味がついていたけれど、アンチョビとはちょっと違うみたい。
合鴨のローストが安い。
鉄鍋で焼いたロースト、キャベツがしかれている。
パストラミに近い味わいながらも、ローストしている具合が違う。そして、鉄鍋にたまった油がうまい。
アヒージョも看板メニューだったな。
マルゲリータがやってきた。
あらかじめカットされていた。
トマトソースたっぷり、トマトの味わいが濃い。ややケチャップにも似た濃いめのトマトの風味。そしてとろとろ。
ふわっとした生地、ワンコインでこれなら十分だと思う。
なにより、温度がいいピザだと思う。
