この日は、長男坊のちょっと遅めの誕生日会。
訪問したのは、南堀江の窯焼きピッツァの人気店Pizzeria CUORERUDINO（クオーレルディーノ）さん♪
お店は、大阪メトロ四つ橋線「四ツ橋駅」6番出口より徒歩5分ほどで、心斎橋駅からも十分徒歩圏内。
堀江公園の前にあり、間口はさほど広くありませんが、店内に入ると奥に広く、天井が高く開放的な空間が広がってます。
お店奥には大きな薪窯があり、そこで焼き上げるナポリピッツァは、カリッと芳ばしく、それでいてモッチリ食感が堪能できますよ♪
マルゲリータは、トマトソースの酸味と水牛水牛モッツァレラチーズの相性が抜群やね。
クアトロフォルマッジは、チーズの風味が高く、他のピッツァよりもっちり感が強くて旨い❗️
ピッツァ以外の前菜盛りやイカスミパスタも、なかなかのお味やね。

オシャレな街・南堀江らしいイタリアン、ファミリー向けではありませんでしたがw、女子会やデートにピッタリのピッツェリア ですよ(ृ´͈ ᵕ `͈ ृ )
※ 2023年も大晦日。コロナ禍も終息し、これまでのような日常が戻ってきましたね。
来年も元気に食べ歩けるよう、身体には気をつけたいと思っています。
