新町1丁目にある【富久重ホルモン 大阪店】さんでのディナータイム。
予約なしの訪問、1階は満席で2階席へ案内された私達。
2階へは靴を脱いで上がります。
古民家風の造りは階段迄レトロでお相撲さんが上り下りしたら床抜けしそう？！
まぁ、
そこは大丈夫なんでしょうけどねっ(〃艸〃)
2階は畳の直座り、
QRコードを読み取って携帯からオーダーするシステム。

黒毛和牛専門店だけあってお肉が柔らかい〜♫
お肉の下味が濃いから白ご飯が欲しくなります。
ホルモンの欄に載っていたスジ肉焼き、これはお店側で調理してあるからそのままで。
これはかなり味が濃いからキャベツ盛りを2回追加して合わせていただきました♪
アルコールが進みまくります❤︎
因みに
鉄板交換は100円
タレに入れるすりニンニク、コチュジャンはそれぞれ100円です。
煙がモクモクだから匂いがついても良い服装でチャレンジしましょう〜♫
