平日の夕食に1人で訪問しました。
カウンター席だけのお店ですが、店外にはテーブル席が有ります。
カウンター席からは、厨房がよく見えます。
「patto 定番 ミートソース」 990円を注文しました。
生パスタは3種から選択出来ます。
生スパゲッティ 2.1mm
低糖質 生スパゲッティ2.1mm
生リングイネ 3.0mm
モチモチした“生リングイネ”に興味が有りましたが、暴飲暴食が続いていたので、今日はグッと堪えて“低糖質生パスタ”をお願いしました。
紙エプロンを“どうぞお使い下さい！”と渡されます。
カトラリーやおしぼりはテーブルの下の引き出しに入っています。
約4分で配膳です。
小さな容器でトマトソースも一緒に配膳され“半分くらい召し上がったら、好みでこのソース？をお使い下さい”という事です。
メニューに“RECOMMENDED”と書いてあるだけ有って、ミートソースはイチオシなんですね！
トマトの風味と酸味､それに挽肉の美味しさがとても良く合っていて、ソースと挽肉の割合が絶妙なバランスで良いです！
味も適度な濃さで美味しいですね！
低糖質の生パスタも､食感は決して悪く無く、美味しかったです。
半分くらい食べたら、トマトソースを入れて見ました。
すると味変で、スープパスタですね！
ミートソースの味がマイルドになり、サッパリした美味しいトマトスープパスタになりました。
オシャレなお店なので量的に少し少なめかもしれません。(低糖質を注文しておきながら申し訳ございません。)
店内も明るく綺麗でオシャレ！
若い女性2人でのオペレーションですが、素晴らしいコンビネーションで無駄が無い動作。明るい声での声掛けや説明､ホスピタリティが素晴らしく良く､ただでさえ美味しいパスタがより美味しくなりました。
毎日通えるように家の近くに欲しいお店です！
