美味しい焼き肉店があると聞いていたので、
予約して行ったお店です。
店内を覗くと、気軽に楽しめそう。
入店。
店内に貼られたポスターなどを見て、北海道サロマ黒牛や宮崎和牛を中心に、
厳選された美味しいお肉が楽しめるお店です。
手前にはテーブル席が、
奥にはテーブル席と、左にはカウンター席があり、そこからは、カウンター席の向こうの
調理の様子が楽しめます。
私達は3人なので、テーブル席に
★キリン一番探り生ビール 580円
乾杯！く～～～、喉を心地よく泡泡が通っていきます。
★新鮮ハートのタタキ 880円
タップリ敷かれたお葱と一緒に頂きます。
コリっとした食感で、くせもなく、お葱や少し甘めのタレと美味しく絡みます。
新鮮だから出会える美味しさです。
◇タレは4種テーブルに並んでいます。
これだけ、色んな味のタレが並んでいたらワクワクします。
★タン5種盛り 2480円
・上塩タン、タン下、塩タン、厚切りタン、タン先
とても美しいタンが並び、部位プレートも置かれているので、一目でわかりやすいです。
レモンを搾り頂きます。
見た目通り美味しいタン、食感も良くビールがすすみます。
最後はマンゴーカットを焼きます。
って、友達が焼いてくれ、切り分けてくれました。
それぞれ旨味があってサクッと歯切れも良く、大好きなタン5種盛合わせはおすすめです。
★和牛赤身食べ比べ 3280円
赤身の女王と王女、イチボ、ラムシンの食べ比べです。美しいサシが入り、口の中でジューシーな美味しさが広がります。
大満足のお味で、良質のお肉が使われているので、胃もたれもなく、口と胃と心は幸せな満足感！
★赤身盛り 200g2,480円
ハラミ、カルビ、ロースのオールスター！
美味しい極です。
★ごはん(小） 180円
やっぱりここではご飯登場です。
ご飯大好きなので、そのままでも非常に美味しいご飯です。
このために少し残していた和牛とタン、そして友達が焼いてくれた赤身をのせました。
ご飯茶碗の中でも食べ比べが楽しめます。
最初にご紹介したタレも4種とも楽しみました。
スタッフさんから酢コショウでご飯が食べられる美味しさと聞いてましたので、
ご飯にかけて食べたら販売されたら良いほどの美味しさです。
他の３種も試しました。どれも美味しいです。裏メニューですね（笑）
★いか 780円
大好きなイカも最後に焼きます。お酒が進みますね。
★生フルーツチューハイ 苺あまおとめチューハイ 680円
タップリ苺が入っていて、下にはシロップが入り、甘めで飲みやすいチューハイです。
大満足でした。ご馳走様でした。
店頭の暖簾より、店内は気軽に楽しめるイメージですが、
提供されるお肉やお酒は厳選されているのがわかる美味しさです。
スタッフさん達も親切で、的確なご対応で、リピートしたいお店です。
