大阪市中央区東心斎橋の『焼肉みやした』へ。
地下鉄堺筋線 長堀橋駅の南端出口から南西に450mほどの所にあります。
この日は『釜たけうどん』との貸切コラボイベント。
イントロはコラボ感満点の『とろろユッケのつけ麺うどん』。
細めなのにしっかりとしたコシを感じるうどんと、卵黄ととろろにまみれた甘い細切り肉の競演がたまりません。
『炙りハート』
鮮度の良さを感じるコリコリした食感とほのかな甘み。
『タンツラの塩麹漬け』
元々旨味の濃いタンツラですが、塩麹の力で生サバが塩サバになったような変化を見せてくれます。
『アカセンとシマチョウ』
私の好物ホルモン6種のうち2つが盛られたひと皿。シマチョウをファイヤーさせながら心の中では『ごはん欲しい…』（笑）
『和牛クリとコメカミをトリュフ塩で』
細かなサシの入った希少部位のコメカミ（ミミカブ）と赤身の旨味が楽しめるクリミの組み合わせ。
トリュフ塩でお肉を食べたのは初めてですが、猫にとってのマタタビと言うか、えらく艶っぽい味わいに変わるものですね。
『和牛特上ハラミ』
『和牛特上カルビ』
後半に入って畳み掛けるように登場した二品。
ハラミのこの肉感を味わうと、いまだにこれが『ホルモン』だとは思えないんです（笑）
バリバリにサシの入ったカルビも当然美味なんですが、後半に食べると大量の甘いオイルが若干キツくなってきますね。
クライマックスは生醤油で頂く『シャトーブリアンのおうどん』。
軽く火を入れる程度でオン ザ ウドンして、柔らかな肉質とうどんのコシを堪能しました。
美味しいお肉の連続攻撃でほてった身体に、デザートの柚子シャーベットが心地よかったです（笑）
