今宵もクラフトビールだ！（もう止まらぬハマりっぷり！！）
オジャマしたのは「541＋（こよい）」
クラフトビール×餃子を楽しめるお店！
四ツ橋駅から徒歩10分ほど、オリックス劇場近くの赤いテント屋根が目印。
ビニシーをくぐり入った店内の、まぁ小さなこと（笑）
調理場前の2人用カウンターとメインフロア（と呼べるのか？ｗ）のテーブル席。壁際のカウンターも使えるかしら？狭いけどテラス席もあるよ。
先述通り、クラフトビールと餃子がウリのなのだけど、オリジナルの餃子15種類！その他、汁なし担々麺とオリエンタルな料理が頂けるそう！

テレビや雑誌でも取り上げられたんだってー！食べるっきゃないっしょ！
水餃子はぷりっつるっと、肉がジューシィ。で、おそらく担々麺に使用されているであろう、自家製の芝麻醤と辣油のコクと辛味に花山椒のピリリ爽やかさの絶妙マッチング！超辛そうだけど、旨辛の良い塩梅なのだ。ウマイ！！
うん、このＷソースは絶対、麺に合うな！麺ちょこっともらえませんか？笑

続いては焼き。チェダーチーズがドデーンと乗ってるよ！
こんがり香ばしい餃子に、チーズのまろやか濃厚さがいいね！女子好き！
頼んだふたつとも味付け不要だけど、テーブルには各種調味料もスタンバイ。
ちょろっと舐めてみた餃子のタレ、美味しかったーアテにもなるな（笑）
こちらの餃子は全てニンニク無しなので、翌日にも響かず嬉しい。おっと、ニンニク入りもあるので、ガツンっとスタミナつけたい人はそちらを！
小さなお店で店主さんがおひとりで営業されているので、早い時間や予約してからの訪問がオススメです★
