地下鉄四つ橋線四ツ橋駅２番出口から北へ徒歩３、４分くらいのところにあります。
お店に入るとカウンター席５つ、２人掛けテーブル席３つ、３人掛けテーブル席１つあります。
ボトルビールの常陸野ホワイトエールで乾杯です。
あてに焼餃子ニンニクありをいただきました。
一人前６個での提供です。
お好みで、自家製濃厚タレ（甘め）か花椒塩か酢＆黒胡椒をつけていただきます。
片面羽根つきのパリパリの皮に中の餡は、挽肉、野菜、ニンニクの味が合わさって、ビールがすすみます。
お代わりに常陸野ゆずラガーレギュラーをいただきました。
あての追加は、ねぎみそ焼餃子です。
餡に豆腐や春雨が練り込んだあっさりした餃子の上に甘辛こってりのネギ味噌タレがかかっています。
濃厚な味わいがあって、これまたビールがすすみます。
〆は、汁なし担々麺をいただきました。
具は、挽肉、ネギ、ゴマが入っています。
麺は、細麺ストレートです。
まぜまぜしてからいただきます。
ほどよい辛さと適度な痺れが麺と絡まって、麺がすすんで酔いが覚めますね。
餃子メニューが多くて、ビールと色々組み合わせてみたいと思います。
