大阪･新町の餃子専門店『541+(コヨイ)』をミシュランごっこ(=採点)。
仲良しさんと、飲み。
ミーツで見かけて気になってた餃子専門店『541+(コヨイ)』に行きました。
餃子×クラフトビールのお店ですって。
会社帰りのサラリーマンには堪らんやつ。
心斎橋、本町、西大橋、四ツ橋といろんな駅から徒歩圏内。
本町駅から向かったところ５分ほどでした。
新町のオリックス劇場そば。
ビニールの入り口をくぐる、立ち飲み風のカジュアルな造りです。←椅子はあり。
収容人数は10人ちょいかな。

お料理は、餃子10数種類に一品いろいろ。
餃子は正統派から創作ものまであります。
一品ものはエスニック主体。
ドリンクの種類は豊富です。
定番もの一通りに、クラフトビールは期待通りの品揃え。
ドリンクは基本セルフで、冷蔵庫から自分で取るシステムです。
一部オーダーのドリンクもあり。
クラフトビールは箕面ビールが中心で、600円から。
見たことがないビールも盛りだくさんで楽しいです。

餃子専門店『541+(コヨイ)』の感想をば。
近所に欲しい店。
もーほんと。
歩いて５分以内のところに来て。
もしくは、どこでもドア借りてきて。
お料理の感想としては、まず味が好みだなーと。
胃袋男子高生なワタクシは、味も濃ゆいのが好みでして。
いっぽうコヨイのお料理は全体的にお上品な味付け。なのに不思議とめちゃめちゃ美味しくて。
お料理出るごとに「旨っ」言ってましたよ。
シェフが色々な業態のレストランで修行されたそうで。日本人のツボを心得てるのかしら？
「中華×韓国×エスニックを掛けあわせたオリエンタル料理」だそうです。
コヨイのコンセプトは「女性のための餃子専門バル」。
餃子のサイズは小ぶりちゃんです。

まだかわいこぶりっこしてウフフって笑いながらお食事してる関係でも一緒に食べれる餃子。
ニンニク不使用の餃子がベースになってるそうで、翌日を気にせず食べれるのも良いですね。
口当たりが軽いので何個でも食べれちゃうし、種類豊富なんで色々食べてみたくなるし。
しかしながらこの餃子、全部お店で手包みですって。
店主さんワンオペでされてるんですが、作業量えげつないと思いますわ。
感心したのが、ワンオペなのにお料理の提供がスムーズなこと。
こうやってシステムを紙に記して説明を省けるようにしたり、ドリンクをセルフ形式にしたりと、よく考えたお店作りされてるからですね。
HPも覗いてみましたが、しっかり作りこんでらっしゃって。
店やってる人間としてはほんと尊敬します。
個人店でこれだけちゃんとしてるとこって、なかなかない。
というわけで、ストレス一切なし。
気持ちよく食事とお話に専念できて、よって泥酔もしちゃったわアララな時間でした。
もーほんと、近所にあって欲しい。
思い立ってぱっと行きたくなるようなコヨイさんです。
うち生駒郡なんできついと思うから、せめて谷四に支店を…笑 ←乗換駅
