大阪市の堀江と本町の間に位置する新町は、
隠れた名店が多いことで有名で、
本当に色々なジャンルのお店がありますが、
低予算で美味しい料理と美味しいお酒を飲むなら、僕はこちらのお店を推薦しています！！
場所はオリックス劇場から徒歩1分ほど。
この日は夜に来たので、
まずは、ビール餃子と一品のセットで！！( ﾟдﾟ)
これがなんと800円！！
安いですねー。
そして餃子バルだから当たり前っちゃ当たり前なんですが、餃子が本当に美味いのです！( ﾟдﾟ)
見事な羽根つき餃子は、ニンニクの有無が選べるんですが、具材の味と濃厚な自家製だれが本当に美味しいんです！！！
この自家製だれは必食！
間違いなくここでしか食べられない味ですねー(*´・ω・)
そしてそして、自家製のチヂミ。これがまた野菜がシャキシャキで記事がモチモチしてるのもあり、美味いのです。
マスターにバレたら怒られるかもしれませんが、
餃子の自家製ダレに付けて食べるのも実は美味いのです。
ホント万能ダレ。
そうそう、この日は久々に来たのもあり、ついつい頼んじゃいました。生姜ネギダレ餃子450円。
この変わり種餃子が何とも言えず美味いんです。
特製の甘辛い生姜ダレとネギの薬味、餃子の組み合わせは魔のトライアングルです(*´・ω・)
なんやろ、組み合わせとしてはあまりない組み合わせでしょうけど、不思議なくらい相性抜群！！
ご飯にも合うでしょうね。
あ、あとあんまりダラダラ書くのもアレなんで、あと一つだけ紹介させてください。
わりと最近メニューに並んだ「海南鶏飯」、タイのカオマンガイを541＋流にアレンジして出してるとのことですが、
これがまた絶品！！
茹で鶏はビールにも合うけど、是非このカオマンガイのタレをご飯にぶっかけて茹で鶏と一緒に食べてください。
〆に本当にピッタリで、サッパリしつつも鶏の美味しさが口の中を支配するこの感覚、、、、幸せ以外の何物でもないです(*´・ω・)笑
唯一の難点は、なかなか行きにくいところかなも思います(*´・ω・)
最寄り駅は四ツ橋線の本町になるのかな？
なかなか行きにくいけど、行く価値はありです！！！
イタリアンでもフレンチでもない、餃子メインで、マスターの感覚で和洋折衷揃えられている居酒屋寄りの新感覚バル！
