2010年に創業した、心斎橋駅近くにあるイタリアンレストラン、
「チェルピーナ邸イタリア石窯料理と天然酵母ピザ心斎橋・南船場（CherPina）」で新年会です。
お店は、心斎橋駅3番出口からすぐのビルの１階にあるが、
通りからは少し見えにくく、どこか隠れ家的な雰囲気。
本場イタリアで修業したシェフが織りなす、
究極の天然酵母ローマピザともちもちの生パスタ、石窯料理を楽しめるお店です。
「チェルピーナ邸」以外にも、本町、肥後橋、北浜、淀屋橋、阿波座などにも
系列店を展開する人気イタリアンレストランです。
この日は、新年会の予約で満席でした。

どれもこれも美味しそうなので、何から食べようか迷ってしまうほど。
バジルポテトサラダをクラッカーに乗せて味わう。
バジル風味のポテサラが、かなり秀逸な美味しさ…(๑❛ڡ❛๑)イイネ!
クラッカーのサクッとした歯ごたえと、
皮つきピーナッの香ばしさが、とても良いアクセント。
実は・・・
一瞬、このバジルポテトサラダを遠めに見たとき、ずんだかと思った…(#^.^#)
サーモンマリネもクラッカーと一緒に食べると。
サーモンマリネは、軽くスモークされていて塩味も絶妙。
マリネの酸味があと口さっぱりと味わえます。
燻製オイルサーディン
しっとり柔らかく、ほのかな燻製香のするオイルサーディン。
鰯特有の臭みも一切皆無。
ハートランドビールでサラリと流す…
トマトチーズオムレツ
しっとりふんわり柔らかく、玉子の風味が効いたオムレツ。
今まで食べた中でもピカイチの美味しさ…(๑╹ڡ╹๑)ウマィ！
このお店のトマトソースの美味しさに気づいてしまった…(^_-)-☆
ブラックオリーブは、熟しているので癖がなく、あっさりした風味が特徴。
グリーンオリーブは、早くに収穫しているため渋みと塩味を強く感じ、
香りが良いのが特徴。
どちらも柔らかく、ちょうど良いオイリーな味わい。
お口直しにもぴったりです。

お店一押しの石窯料理！
低温熟成したローストポークは、
とても柔らかく、しっとりとしたローストポーク。
ウマッウマ(゜д゜)メチャウマー!!
その他、グリルした舞茸やパプリカ、トマトが、
とても良い味わいを醸し出している。

炭酸のシュワシュワ～感が心地良いアクセントで、

本来私は、ナポリピッツァのふっくらと膨らんだコルニチョーネが好きなので、
ローマピッツァなんて大したことないやろ～って思いながら、
パクッとかぶりついてみた。
すると、いきなり・・・

びっくりする、めちゃくちゃ美味いじゃないですか～ヽ(^o^)丿
生地は、とても軽くもっちり食感。
アンチョビとニンニクとチーズの香りと塩加減も絶妙。
アンチョビの塩味と旨味、チーズに甘味もあり、
軽いニンニクの風味がとても良いアクセント。
これは、病みつきになりそうな美味しさですよ…(^_-)-☆
チキンとバジルトマト
ジェノベーゼ好きなので、これをチョイス。
大きくカットしたチキンがゴロゴロ入っていて、嚙むほどに肉汁と旨味溢れる。
バジルの香りが全体を包み込んで、トマトで口の中がさっぱりと仕上げてくれる。
ウマイ(๑╹ڡ╹๑)ウマィナ~!!
これはもう、大声で「美味い！！！」って叫びたくなるほど！
絶品です！！！
チキンのトマトソースパスタ 680円（税別）
パスタは、もちろんアルデンテ。
炭火で焼いたチキンは、ゴロゴロ入っていて、食べ応えも抜群！
トマトソースの酸味と旨味が絶妙で、太麺パスタのしっかりと絡んでいる。
ウマイ(๑╹ڡ╹๑)ヤバウマ~!
先ほどのオムレツと同様、トマトソースが極上の美味しさです。
お店のパスタとピッツァを食べに行くだけでも、十分価値があると思います。
ピスタチオジェラート 380円（税別）
ピスタチオの実が入った、香ばしく濃厚な味わい。
ゆっくりとクールダウンさせて、お口の中もさっぱり。
最初から最後まで息つく暇もないぐらい、何もかも感動しまくった美味しさでした。
気の合う仲間での宴会や家族連れ、デートなど、いろいろ使い勝手の良いお店
