イタリアンと寿司のコラボと聞いて来店。
アイデアは良い。が、惜しい。
シャリ。恐らく炊く時の水分が足りない。
箸で持ち上げるとソボロのように溢れてしまった。
ネタ。使っている刺身の鮮度が良くなく、且つ乾いてしまっている。シャリの米酢も足りないため、寿司と言うよりはご飯の上にイタリアンなネタが載っている、そんな食べ物であった。
来客の少ない日だったため、繁忙期で回転数が高いタイミングで行けば食材は新鮮かもしれない。
お店の雰囲気は良い。
