The other day I had lunch at Jessica House in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. First up was seasonal vegetable soup! The taste of the cold vegetables was delicious. Next, we had Yonezawa beef grilled rare and delicious meat with rock salt, which was really great. And the antipasto was pumpkin and spinach quiche, smelt grilled with isobe, and tokoroten. The main dish, Jessica's sushi, was a fusion of Italian Cuisine. The real tuna was pickled and served with guacamole caviar to make it even more delicious.The scallop tabnade had black olives and anchovies.The meat gunkan was a piece of flaked pine needle crab topped with truffles, which was extremely delicious.The food was good, and private rooms are available for lunch.
