日本-関西地方,日本酒大阪市・アツアツトロトロのサザエのグラタンと日本酒！？南船場の奢酌楽で一杯。2017年8月23日Kawaコメントする最後の夜はいつものように大阪で早めに呑み始め。
早めに呑み始めようと、調べてみたら17時オープンの店があったので早速行ってみました。
いつもは行かない南船場の方にあったのは奢酌楽（ジャグラー）という立ち呑み居酒屋。路上の提灯がいいですね〜。
店内は、カウンターと瓶ビールのケースを重ねた立ち呑みテーブルが3つ。
ドリンクメニューにはしっかりと日本酒がラインナップされていました。
まずはスッキリ辛口なお酒から。富山県・本江酒造の北洋吟醸生酒蜃気楼の見える街白冬。りんごのような酸味が爽やかな夏らしい味でした。
お造りとオススメだというサザエのグラタンをいただきました。アツアツトロトロのグラタンは上にかかったこんがりチーズの下にはクリームソースがあるのですが、これがグレーでびっくりしたけど肝の味がクリームソースとチーズと相性良くて美味い！
2杯めは広島県・三宅本店の千の福純米大吟醸無濾過生原酒。とろっと甘めの旨味ながらキレがある。限定流通らしいのでなかなかお目にかかれないのかな？これ美味いなぁ。
ここでは2杯飲んで終了。さてさて次に行きますか。
