鰆は外だけ香ばしく焼き目が

イカの炒め物がわたし的には一番好きだった
高温でさっと炒められたようでお野菜がシャキシャキ
味付けはバターとお塩で素材の味のがしっかり残っている
お酒は瓶ビール
