家のから徒歩１分のところにあるこちらの
ど鍋や 新町店さんに初訪問
友人が鍋を食べたいと言う事だったので
前から気なっていたこちらのお店を予約なしの
飛び込みで訪問！
コロナで自粛ムードなのかテーブルが５席でこじんまりした店内
白を基調にした内装で鍋屋さんじゃないような清潔感があります！

鶏鍋をテレビで見て食べたかったみたいです！w
鶏ガラベースですが鶏白湯ほどの濃度はなくあっさりな出汁ベースでお
腹にたまらないのバクバクいけちゃいます！
鶏肉はもちろんもも肉で厚切りでカットされていて
弾力があり食べ応えあり柔らかく美味しいです
何より鶏肉が煮込まれて旨味がしっかり出た後の
キャベツやもやしがシャキシャキ感も残っていて美味しい！
もともと水分の多い野菜ですがしっかり出汁と合わさっています！
追加トッピングを頼み
〆は中華麺
食べ応えのある太麺でもちもちしていてしっかり出汁を持ち上げていただけます！
これもまた美味しい！
普段飲みの席では全然食べないんですが久しぶりにこんなに食べたかもw
季節的にもギリギリでしたが美味しいお鍋食べれました！
家も近いのでリピ確定！
