食べログから予約しました。
お店は満席でキッチンやホールのオペレーションがうまく行っていない感じでした。
お料理が出てくるまですごく時間を要しました。
ホールスタッフの方に、「お料理出てくるまでかなりお時間頂きます」と言われたものの、流石に時間がかかり過ぎな感じが否めません。
付き出しはかつおのたたき2切れ、梅水晶(サメの軟骨の梅肉和え)、馬刺し盛り合わせ、アボカドサラダ、ここまでもやっとで、
なかなかもつ鍋が出てこないのでこの辺でお腹いっぱいになりました。
ようやくもつ鍋の用意が着卓。
それから煮込みスタートなので、入店してからフレンチフルコース食べに行ったくらいの時間がかかりました。
他の後から来たテーブルのお客さまに、先にもつ鍋運ばれて行ったのにも不思議でした。しかも、2卓もです。
残念でした。
そんな事もあってか
味わう気持ちが減退、味の記憶が残りません。
お鍋の〆に行き着けないまま、お店を後にしました。
トマト酎ハイ美味しかったです。
ワインも沢山注いでくださいました。
