昔、働いていた難波の“ぷちローザ”にあったケーキの１つ“シブースト”。
仕事終わりに良く食べ、今まで1番好きなケーキだったと言っても過言ではなく。
ごくたまにお店で見かける“シブースト”は、
なかなか思い出の味には程遠く。。
けれど、見た目と味に納得のシブーストに再び出会う！
◆シブースト（640円）
香ばしくキャラメリゼされたシブーストクリームは
“苦味”が際立ちながらの甘味。
ムースでもプリンでもないフワフワ食感。
中のサワークリームのアパレイユの甘味とリンゴのソテーが絶妙にマッチ。
色んな甘みと食感の相乗効果に感動！
◆フレジエ（640円）
上下のアーモンドのビスキュイでサンドされてるのは生クリームでもカスタードでもなく、
固めのクレームムースリーヌ。これまた、
優しい甘味がイチゴの酸味と良く合う！
◆ムラングシャンテイ（450円）
両端のメレンゲの“軽さ”と“口溶け”は半端ない！
口内温度で口に入ればすぐに溶けて無くなる。
感動の逸品。
サクサクのメレンゲと生クリームの調和は最高！
全部買って良かったと満足感。
焼き菓子やタルトも美味しそうなのが沢山。
他のも買ってみようとまた通いたくなるお店。
