休日の訪問だと並びが必須
通し営業が無くなり通いにくくなった印象
本日は平日の昼前に訪問したので待たずに入店出来ました
客の入りは40％程度
高椅子の2名用テーブル席へ案内されます
その後も続々と来客があり流石の人気振りが伺えます
カレーのメニューは3種類
A：カオスキーマ(定番)
B：週替りチキンカレー
C：週替りシェフの気まぐれカレー
1種類から3種合盛りまで対応可能
この日は
B：レモンチキンマサラ
C：マッカーマサラ
A&Bの2種盛りでご販は白米とサフランライスのミックスでお願いしました
定番のカオスキーマは遅めの時間だと売切れの場合があるのでご注意を(定番なのに？)
待つ事16分で美しい皿が配膳されます
(開店直後のため調理に時間が掛った様子)
キーマは辛いとの前情報があるのでレモンチキンマサラ頂きます
チキンの旨味とスパイスの香りが鼻に抜けて美味い
所々に散らされたレモンを口に含むとスパイス香が更に引立ってコレまた美味い
続いてキーマ、肉肉しい旨味とスパイス香が力強くて看板メニューなのも頷ける美味さ
キーマの辛さもボクには丁度良い
日替りも含めて一般的に辛さレベルは高いので辛いものが苦手な方は来店を控えた方が良いと思います
複雑なスパイス香と出汁感が最高で後半はカレーも副菜も色々まぜまぜして美味しく完食
ご飯の量が軽めに感じたので次回は大盛にしよ
日替りの2種は毎週木曜日に変わるそうです
