I stopped by this restaurant in the evening with a friend who loves spicy food because I heard that they serve authentic Szechuan Cuisine ordered the drooling maushuwan (super spicy offal stew) and stone-grilled mapo tofu, both of which I had noticed in my preliminary research. First of all, you'll be drooling, but after the spiciness, you'll get addicted to the tingling sensation that comes over you.Next, the Maushumann arrives.First of all, you'll be surprised by the visuals.It's a very large bowl, and you can almost feel the spiciness when you eat it. As it is the most popular dish, it has amazing spiciness, numbing, and umami.I chose super spicy for the stone-grilled mapo tofu, and it was surprisingly okay.Perhaps the previous impact was too strong. Hmm, next time I want to order even more spiciness. The stir-fried water spinach with garlic that I ordered with my chopsticks rest is also delicious. All of the dishes are authentic and delicious, and the portions are huge. Thank you for the meal.
