ヨーロッパ通りからちょっと南行ったとこに、お店が色々並んでる細い路地があるんですが、そこの一番奥
こちらで18時一斉スタートのコースを頂いてきました。その内容は↓

·ミル貝と葉わさび ルッコラを練り込んだタリオリーニで
·桜鯛と蛤のカルトッチョ
·和牛ホホ肉の煮込み 新牛蒡のビュレと
·マスカルポーネのムースと苺のジェラート

とにかくどれも、目を奪われるほどに美しい
そしてめちゃめちゃ美味しい
ルッコラのタリオリーニなんて、見たことも食べたこともないようなパスタで、激激ウマでした
あと驚いたのがカルトッチョ
紙で包んで蒸し焼きにした料理で、開けた瞬間に香りがすばらしい
そしてはまぐりの旨味もすばらしい
下にたまってたスープも尋常でない美味しさで、これ使ったパスタも食べたい思った
和牛ホホ肉の煮込みも、一応ナイフ持ったけど全くいらないくらいに柔らかく、上に乗ったカリカリの新ごぼうもいいアクセントに
最後のデザートに至るまで、大満足のコースでした。
ちなみにコースは今のところこれ一本みたいで(お値段は8800円)、
21時半〜はバーに代わるとのことです。
とにかく、場所の隠れ家感的にも、こんなお店連れてったら尊敬の眼差しでみられること間違いなしだろうというくらいの凄いお店でした
