イタリアンバルの様な雰囲気で楽しむ本格イタリアン。
盛り付けが非常にキレイで、出てきた時に美味しそうと思えるのが素敵♪♪
好きだったのは仙鳳趾産牡蠣。
昆布〆で旨味をプラスして、丁寧に下処理された牡蠣はクセがなく美味い。
さらにブロード（イタリアの出汁）に青柚子をプラスして泡状にしたソースもバッチリ合ってる♪♪
白ワインに是非とも合わせたい。
全体を通じて安定した美味しさで、このクオリティで¥8,800はコスパ良し^_^
