心斎橋の路地裏にある隠れ家的なイタリアン
『Fiore ~フィオーレ~』さんにお邪魔しました( ´∀｀ )b
18:00〜21:30までは8,800円のコースのみ、
21:30〜ラストまではアラカルトでバルとして
営業されてるようですね。
今回はシェフとの会話も楽しめるカウンター♪

後口で焼き茄子のピクルスもアクセントに＼(*>▽<)
◆河内鴨のカルパッチョ
色鮮やかな紅くるりにビーツのパウダー、
添えられてる葉物はアマランサスみたいですね。
噛むと旨みが口いっぱいに広がって
上品な脂もいい感じ♪
◆伝助穴子の炭火焼き
ゴールドラッシュというコーンの焼きリゾットに
穴子が寄り添った逸品。
黒色のはマッシュルームを炒めてパウダーにした
もので、弾力のある穴子がめっちゃ美味しい( ᵕ̤ૢᴗᵕ̤ૢ )
◆塩水雲丹とじゅんさい 冷製フェデリーニ
雲丹が乗った豪華な冷製フェデリーニで
少し細めのパスタに濃厚な雲丹とツルリとした
じゅんさいが新鮮な感覚になりましたね(⑅˘͈ ᵕ˘͈)
◆剣先イカ イカスミの手打ちタリオリーニ
本来なら富山県産ホタルイカだったようですが
今日は蛍烏賊ではなく剣先イカとフルーツトマト。
イカスミで真っ黒な手打ちタリオリーニに
スモークしたクリームチーズ、アンチョビも
使われていてましたよ(◞ꈍ∇ꈍ)◞⋆**
◆黒毛和牛のタリアータ サマートリュフのソース
宮崎県産イチボに粒の生胡椒が添えられていて
少しレアでジューシな肉質がたまらなく旨い！ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
日本のマッシュルームと椎茸も
お肉に負けないくらい美味しかったな〜(´౿`)
◆ヤマモモのパフェ
ワイングラスに入れられたお洒落なパフェで
胡麻煎餅のような和菓子が意外性もあったけど
ちゃんと調和してたのがスゴいわ(๑•̀∀- )
食後にホットコーヒーをいただいて
